SOPAAN- Exhibition 2017
An exhibition, in a most general sense, means an organised presentation and display of a selection of items. A school exhibition provides students a platform to showcase their hardwork in the form of projects and also perform cultural events. The school organised the Sopaan Exhibition 2017- a comprehensive endeavour involving each class, student, subject and an interdisciplinary approach to assimilate the concepts of social science. The Chief Guests were Sh.R.S.Sharma, Gen. Sec. DAVCMC, Chairman DAVPS PE and Sh. Tejpal Singh, Curator (Archaelogy) National Museum. All parents were also cordially invited to witness and be a part of the school's experimental stride. The topic for class 8 of DAV Primus was "Futuristic Relevance of feats & accomplishments of Modern India". Students participated very enthusiastically to demonstrate Future currency, how transactions would take place, how monuments built during modern period depict future relevance, working models of future transport system, the future of the print media and a robot, contributions of scientists of the modern period, models of protein RNA, DNA structure and codon analysis. It was a learning experience for all the students and a moment of pride for the teachers and parents.
